Chris Chopik is a community builder, environmentalist, writer and Car-Fee-Realtor. Chris has written many green lifestyle articles and advocates that future friendly houses are worth more and is a judge for the Toronto Green Awards. Chris is deeply committed to enabling other Realtors to become ‘agents of change’ as they advise developers, homeowners, and communities, demanding a higher standard of building efficiency and SMART development.
