Paint Recycling - Tips to Remember


Soon you will be able to return your paint to stores in a neighborhood near you.  In your travels to a eco-friendly paint or hardware store, you will simply be able to drop it off and pick up whatever else you needed.

Keys to remember: 

- Don’t throw your paint remains in the garbage.

- Before sending off your paint remains to be recycled, make sure the containers will not leak.

- Do not mix different products (i.e. latex and alkyd, solvent and alkyd, etc.).

- It is better to keep latex paint remains in a location where they will not freeze.
